Jack Mayo gets it done! Interested buyers expressed interest about allowance of pets but the condo policy did not allow for this. Jack initiated a discussion with other condo owners whom overwhelmingly supported a change to allow for pets which resulted in a sale! Great Job 🙂 – Jay, East Greenwich, RI

Jay

I am a single woman who recently worked with Jack to sell a rental property that I owned in Narragansett. Jack was professional and easy to work with and accommodated my schedule to make meeting easier. He went out of his way to meet with my tenants as well as all other appointments so that I didn’t have to disrupt my work schedule. The sale was seamless providing me my full asking price. I would highly recommend Jack and his team to friends and family in the future. – JR Narragansett, RI

Jack Mayo was a great agent to work with when selling our home. He was prepared and diligent. He was honest and very enthusiastic. He sold our house and he will help you sell yours. We would highly recommend Jack Mayo to anyone needing to buy or sell their home. – Kara, Cranston, RI

Kara

Jack did a fantastic job. We sold our house long distance and he was thoughtful and attentive every step of the way. I don’t know how we would have managed without him! I highly recommend him! – Wendy, Longmeadow, MA

Wendy

Jack aggressively marketed my home and was able to sell it in a short amount of time. He guided me through a unique and challenging process that was not simple given the piece of property and hurdles that stood in front of us. We were in constant contact and Jack is incredibly responsive. He is very easy to work with and would highly recommend him as a realtor. – Greg, East Greenwich, RI

Greg

As we relocated to a new state with limited knowledge of the area and housing market we were extremely pleased to have Jack Mayo as out real estate agent. Jack is an excellent Real Estate professional. His knowledge of the Rhode Island real estate market made our move and home purchase a breeze. He quickly took our list of needs and wants and found several options for us to choose from to make the best purchase choice for our family. Throughout the entire home finding and purchasing process Jack worked tirelessly to ensure we received the best home to meet our long list of needs. He found us a perfect home at the right price. He provided insightful ideas and his negotiation skills proved beneficial throughout out the entire process. Beyond all of his skills as a professional, Jack also created an easy going atmosphere which made us feel right at home in Rhode Island. – Tim, Exeter, RI

Tim

First of all he was always pleasant with a positive attitude. Jack worked hard in selling my house and when buying my new place he new by then my taste and what I was looking for. He always looked out for MY interest and thoroughly checked everything both from the sellers end and buying a new home. He was very helpful in informing me on the closing details and the lawyers complimented on the fact he did more than most agents. I can say it was a positive and successful adventure. – Barbara – North Kingstown, RI

Barbara

Jack acted as my buyer’s agent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody looking to buy a home in the West Bay communities of Rhode Island. First and foremost, Jack is a great listener. This may sound trivial but as a busy traveling professional, time is a precious commodity. Jack only showed me home that fit my search criteria. After a few open houses and showings, Jack developed a sense of exactly what I was looking for. He is extremely well-connected and well-liked within the community and he always seemed to know which houses would soon be added to MLS. When it was time to make the offer, I completely trusted Jack’s local knowledge in determining the best offering price. He was there for me every step along the way. – Pat, East Greenwich, RI
